You can customize components such as the case, dial, hands, bezel, crystal, bracelet, and more. Each build can be tailored to your preferred style, materials, and specifications, making every Seiko mod uniquely yours.
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Watches must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us before returning any product.
Each Mod watch comes with a 24-month limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects (movement, case, dial). The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or water damage.
Delivery times depend on product availability:
In-stock items: 1–2 business days (within Romania).
Pre-order / Out-of-stock items: 7–18 business days (production & shipping time).
You will be notified by email/phone or SMS with shipping updates once your order is processed.
Please note that during holidays or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur.
